This privacy notice explains the main aspects of data processing on our website. We collect and process personal data exclusively on the basis of applicable legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation and Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003).

When you access or visit our website, your IP address and the start and end of the session are recorded. This takes place for technical reasons and constitutes a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Forms and enquiries

If you submit a form on our website — an application, enquiry or contact message — we process the information you provide to respond to your request. This data is stored for six months. We use Resend for sending email and Vercel for hosting, both based in the USA with corresponding safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Your data is not otherwise shared without your consent.

Cookies and local storage

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use your browser’s local storage to save form progress so you can continue later. This data remains on your device and is deleted after submission.

We store your manually selected language under “sondric.language” in your browser’s local storage. The preference stays on your device until you change it or clear browser storage. It is not transmitted to us.

Server log files

This website and its provider automatically collect information in server log files when the website is used. This includes:

• IP address or hostname
• the browser used
• time spent on the website, date and time
• pages visited on the website
• language settings and operating system
• the page left (the URL from which the user left the website)
• ISP (Internet Service Provider)

This information is not processed in a way that identifies individuals or linked to personal data.

The website operator reserves the right to analyse or review this data if unlawful activities become known.
