About Sondric
More time for what you want to build.
We guide your building project from the first idea through the permit decision. With architects by your side and one point of contact throughout.
We take care of your project.
A building project comes with plenty of questions. What is possible on your plot? Which design fits your needs? What does the building authority require? We bring the answers and the people together.
Experienced architects guide the design, while we coordinate specialist input and keep the permit application moving. You get clear information, a transparent proposal and personal support through the decision.
