1. Website

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and browser to provide the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

2. Your enquiry

We use the details in the enquiry form (project, name, email, phone) to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); without them this is not possible. If you arrive via an advert, we also transmit the campaign, search term and click ID from the page address to measure the success of our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete enquiries after six months unless they lead to an assignment; then the statutory retention periods apply.

3. Cookies and Google Ads

Without your consent we set no tracking cookies; in your browser we only store your cookie choice and language. With your consent we use Google Ads conversion tracking by Google Ireland Limited: Google sets cookies (up to 90 days) and learns whether you came via an advert and sent an enquiry; for this, your email address and phone number are transmitted in hashed form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Our hosting and email providers and Google may transfer data to the USA. The basis is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, write to office@montotech.com.

Right to object: You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest.

You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at) or another supervisory authority in the EU.
