Scope & pricing

A fixed price. A clear scope of work.

Every project is different. We review yours first, then prepare a proposal that spells out exactly what we will handle.

Your path through permitting.

Design and drawings, application documents, coordinated submission and follow-up: your proposal records the individual services and the anticipated schedule.

No unclear extra costs.

Authority fees, surveys and external specialist work such as structural or fire-safety assessments are identified separately. We discuss extra requests or substantial changes before additional costs arise.

Good to know.

How is my fixed price calculated?

We review the project, location and available documents, then agree the scope of work with you. You receive a proposal on that basis before commissioning us.

What costs are separate from the design fee?

Depending on the project, authority fees, surveys and external specialist services may be needed. We distinguish these items in the proposal and explain who is responsible for each service.

What if my requirements change?

Routine design coordination and fundamental changes are different. Your proposal defines the agreed scope. If new requirements need additional work, we discuss the work and price before proceeding.

Does the fixed price guarantee approval?

The fixed price covers our agreed services. The relevant authority decides on the application. We review the starting point early and support the process; we cannot guarantee approval.

Does an enquiry commit me to a service?

No. We first get to know your project and establish the right scope. You then decide whether to commission us based on the proposal.
